Timing
The average dining experience ranges from 60 minutes for smaller groups to up to 90 minutes for larger parties.
At Negril BK we encourage you to make reservations up to one week in advance online thru our Reservations portal for indoor dining, no phone calls will be accepted for this service at this time. With the completion of your reservation, you will receive an email with the time, date and party size confirming your reservation. Please note our Cancellation Policy: We offer free cancellation 10 minutes before scheduled reservation. After that, cancelling your reservation may trigger a fee of $5.00 per guest. Parties who “NO SHOW” to their reservation will result in a penalty of $5.00 per guests. To make modifications to your reservation, please refer to your confirmation email for adjustments at least 24 hours in advance from your reservation. For any additional assistance, please contact the restaurant directly at (347) 721-3801 or submit your request through our online reservations system for a faster confirmation.
Currently we cannot accommodate larger parties of 9 or more guests due to the allowance of social distancing at the restaurant. But in you have any questions or request, simply complete the special events form for faster response or contact the Special Events Department at (347)-721-3801 / events@negrilbk.com.
Q. How do I cancel a dining reservation at Negril BK™
A. You can cancel your dining reservation online or by calling (347) 721-3801.
To cancel your reservation online, please refer to the original confirmation email or text and simply click cancel reservation. All reservation deposits are non-fundable and forfeited upon cancelation. Negril BK reserves the right uphold this policy and includes for no shows as a penalty.
We don’t want this happen to anyone, so please just give us a call or refer to your email confirmation to modify your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation to a later date for your party dine with us!
If you don’t hear from us, please call and confirm your reservation no later than 24 hours the day before your reservation.
Reservations are held for 10 minutes only for all tables and guest are seated when the entire party is present.

Q. Why is a credit card required to make a dining reservation?
A. We require your credit card to secure a dining reservation. Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable $20 deposit before you dine with us and will be used towards your dining services payment of bill. If you CANCEL or DO NOT SHOW UP, your deposit will be forfeited.
Q. Can I make changes to my reservation?
A. Yes, You can make changes to your reservation up 24 hours before the day of your reservation. Just keep us informed of any changes and we will work with you upon party size, date and time. The maximum amount of guests we can accommodate is 6 guests based on availability.
No shows
If you made a reservation, and you just don’t show up – “A NO SHOW” – You agree to surrender your non-refundable deposit to Negril BK as a penalty. We don’t want this happen to anyone, so please just give us a call or refer to your email confirmation to modify your reservation to a later date for you dine with us!

Q. What happens if I am late?
A. If you are running late please give us a call and let us know! We will attempt to accommodate LATE RESERVATIONS, however we cannot guarantee late arrivals a table. Late arrivals WILL NOT BE SEATED if they will interfere with later reservations! Reservations are held for 10 minutes only and there is a 60-90 minute limit while at the table.
